We listened to Darcy and he played the drums and sang a healing song. We all sang Old Macdonald Had a Farm. He is Blackfoot from Tsuut'ina nation. We learned to sing to the drums. Kids said hello in lots of different languages. There was a lot of different languages. Then we learned to say hello in Blackfoot. Some children came up and played the drum with Darcy. The drum Darcy was playing was made for him by his 10 year old daughter.
In gym we played skittles. We had to knock down other people's pins with balls.
We answered questions about the graph we made about an pretend field trip, and then we made our own questions. After that we did a pumpkin tally.
In language we started to wrote riddle poems about a secret animal. We are going to trade with someone and they will draw the animal to guess.
