Our Day:
Today we wrote about our memories or about a pet. First we read "Memoirs of a Hamster"and it's about a hamster who is tricked by the cat to go to the sunroom. The cat wanted to get him out of his cage so she could catch him. The cat said the stairs were made from sunflower seeds, and there were yogurt drops in the sunroom. The hamster really likes yogurt drops. After the story we did our writing.
In Social Studies we finished up our Iqualuit pictures. Some made buildings, some made Inukshuks, and some made boats. We put a little note on our plates to represent what our picture was about.
