November 15, 2019

In math we used place value blocks to build a number that we saw on our paper.  Then we wrote down how many tens and how many ones. After that we wrote the equation that showed the value of the tens and ones.

In art we finished our birch trees by adding a shadow with watery black paint.

In Social Studies we read more of Carson Crosses Canada.

He went through Quebec and we had to figure out where he went next. It was an island in the maritimes.  We listened to the sound of a loon when Carson went through Ontario and he heard one.  Later we listened to some maritime music.

At the end of the day we did some reading.
